Opera prima di Alessio Mele, TRE DOPO MEZZANOTTE è il primo cortometraggio della Vertical Green productions a non avere Vittorio Gazzera alla sceneggiatura e alla regia.
Girato in due giorni e post-prodotto in due mesi, il film è stato realizzato completamente a costo zero. La fotografia (firmata da Vittorio Gazzera) e la trama (a cura di Alessio Mele) rimandano, senza che fosse preventivamente pianificato, alle atmosfere di REWIND (2011), in un gioco di specchi fortuito con un altro cortometraggio di esordio, girato però sette anni prima.
Vittorio Alessio Mele's debut, TRE DOPO MEZZANOTTE (Three After Midnight) is the first short film by Vertical Green productions without Vittorio Gazzera in chair of screenplay and direction.
Shot in two days and post-produced in two months, the film was made completely at no cost. Photography (signed by Vittorio Gazzera) and plot (created by Alessio Mele) refer, without a previous plan, to the atmospheres of REWIND (2011), in a game of mirrors with another debut short film, shot seven years before.
